Erie was established in August 13, 2013 by Angela and David Frederick in the small, charming town called Fort Plain. Angela had a passion for food that turned into a brick-and-mortar dream. She prides herself on not only being the owner but the chef. She makes every attempt to make your food experience one that is fulfilling, but reminds you of down-home momma’s cooking, or grandma’s with a unique twist.
Our desire is to allow you a place that offers that warmth, love and hug through food that you deserve, especially in times of remembrance of joy and healing.
